What do you need to set up?
Our mobile cart needs 10 foot by 10 foot ( 10’x10’ or 100 square ft) area and we need access to an outlet with a 20 amp breaker to operate our machine indoors. For outdoor events, if power is unavailable, we can bring a quiet solar electric generator and a tent in case of inclement weather.
What TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER?
Where caffeine is needed, we’ll be there! We offer our mobile espresso bar for corporate events including client appreciation, holiday parties, grand openings and more! We have also delivered delicious, locally roasted drip coffee and tea to conferences and meetings in the region. Weddings are also a great place for our mobile espresso bar. Last year, we at served multiple weddings as an addition to their cocktail hour or as a cozy touch at their pre-wedding brunch. We have also served beverages for a variety of community-based festivals, markets and even sports events! In addition to weddings, corporate events and community gatherings, we are honored to provide coffee catering for memorial services and celebrations of life. These moments call for care, simplicity and a calm presence and we approach them with the utmost respect. t.
Do you offer pastries or desserts?
Yes! We partner with local bakeries and businesses to offer delicious, freshly baked items as an add-on to our coffee services. In the past, we have partnered with Sugarcane and Shepherd for their premium baked goods. We’ve also worked with Mary’s Mountain Cookies for their well-loved, local treats. What area do you serve? Are you willing to travel?
We’re based in Western North Carolina and we happily serve our surrounding area for no additional travel fee. We are willing to travel! Should an event require extensive driving time or overnight stays, we would ask for a travel fee which would be quoted before booking. Contact us for a quote anytime!
Are your prices all inclusive?
The prices seen on our website for our services are inclusive with a few exceptions. We do need to charge tax on our beverage products (generally 7%-8%) and if guests ask for additional services not included in our usual contract, for additional time, etc. Please contact us with any questions you may have about pricing!
What vegan options do you offer?
We offer oat milk and coconut milk as our non-dairy option but can switch to soy milk upon request. We prefer not to offer nut-based options due to the allergy restrictions of some guests.
Do you offer trash removal?
Yes! We will remove the trash generated by our business at your event. We usually bring one trash can for our personal use (disposing of empty milk containers, etc) and one small trash can for guests to use for cups, stirrers, etc.
What if I don’t know how many guests I have?
That’s okay! If you’re not sure which category you fall into yet, we can go with the lower pricing category for now. We’ll ask for your final guest count and payment before the event.
Can I add other items to my service package?
Yes! We offer lots of fun add-ons to our services packages including iced lattes, matcha, cold brew, pastries, bagels, and even mocktails! Reach out to us to create your customized services!
What if I don’t see my number of guests listed?
If you have only a very small party, or maybe a very big party, please reach out. We can accommodate some larger group sizes by working with our partner Bare Bones Brewhaus!
What kind of cups do you serve your beverages in?
We use compostable cups with lids and offer stirrers. We are not able to bring mugs, but if you would like to provide them, we are happy to use them. We are not able to assist in cleaning the mugs.
Can I request a certain type of coffee?
Yes! With enough notice, we can provide different roasts and flavor profiles from our wonderful coffee roaster, Notorious Roasting Company of Mars Hill. For example, light roasts, natural processed, etc.
Do you make flavored drinks?
Yes! We offer a minimum of 5 popular syrup flavors including Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate plus rotating seasonal choices (i.e. summer flavors vs. autumn and winter). We typically offer 2-3 sugar free options as well as dye free options from Monin. Additional flavors may be available on request and may require a small upgrade fee. For most of our packages, our team creates at least delicious seasonal recipes in addition to our traditional options.
What coffee and tea do you use?
We use Notorious Coffee Roasting Company, a local roaster who uses organic, fair trade beans. We also use Asheville Tea Company teas which are blended using local farm to cup ingredients. We also partner with Stepp’s Family Orchard for their delicious apple cider. We use organic matcha from Japan.
HOw much do you charge to extend hours of service?
Our services are typically 3 hours of service, but you can add additional time for an hourly rate. This rate varies depending on the type of service and your number of guests. Contact us for details!
I don’t see the type of service I’m looking for. Can I customize the type of service I want?
Absolutely! We can customize everything from types of beverages served to the style of coffee you like to the flavors of syrup we use. We also partner with other local businesses like Sugar Cane and Shepherd to offer delicious treats. In some cases, we ask for an hourly consultation or preparation rate to prepare unique menu items.
